Shoreham Village Senior Citizens Apartments Association is an organization comprised of community members and tenants who operate a medium cost apartment rental complex in the village of Chester, Nova Scotia.

 

Our operations are completely self-funded and we are a not for profit organization.

The organization rents one and two bedroom apartments to senior citizens of moderate means.

Our pricing for rent includes electricity, heat, hot water, snow clearing and trash pickup.
